Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
1. Subscription Terms
By subscribing to Apointo, you agree to these terms and conditions. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. The subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Apointo platform for the duration of your paid subscription period. Usage is limited to the number of doctors and receptionists specified in your selected plan. Additional users may require upgrading to a higher plan.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, UPI and net banking. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again over the next 5 days. If payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved. You will receive email notification before any suspension.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@apointo.in. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided. After cancellation, you will have 30 days to export your data. After the export window, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
4. Support and Service Level
Apointo includes technical support as part of your subscription. Starter plan users receive email support during business hours. Clinic plan users receive priority email and chat support. Hospital plan users receive dedicated account management and priority support with guaranteed response times. We aim to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Apointo only for its intended purpose: managing appointments, follow-ups and patient journeys for your healthcare practice. You must not use the platform to store illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, or misuse the service in any way that could harm other users or the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
6. Data Ownership
Your practice owns all data entered into Apointo. This includes patient records, appointment data, follow-up histories, consultation notes and any other information you create within the platform. Apointo acts as a data processor on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your data. You can export all your data at any time in standard formats. Upon account termination and after the data export window, all your data is permanently deleted from our systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
Apointo is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Apointo shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
